Nathasha Rocha, LL.M, Esq.
Nathasha Rocha, LL.M, Esq., is a dual-licensed attorney in both Brazil and the United States (Texas), with a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University -SMU (Dallas, TX), and specializations in Tax Law (PUC-SP) and White-Collar Criminal Law. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)​

Nathasha began her legal career in Brazil representing financial institutions, business leaders, and wealth management groups in complex litigation and international arbitration, with a focus on corporate, regulatory, and high-risk criminal matters. In the U.S., Nathasha has built a respected practice in international and business immigration law.

As the founder of Bossa Law, she advises founders, investors, and executives—primarily from Europe, Asia, and Latin America—on the business and immigration structuring of their U.S. operations, with a focus on O-1, L-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW visas.​

An immigrant herself, and a mother of three, Nathasha combines technical excellence with strategic insight and a client-centered approach committed to building lasting legacies across borders.

Dr. Walney Costa
Dr. Walney Costa is a former Federal Labor Judge from the Regional Labor Court in Campinas, Brazil, with over 25 years of distinguished service in the judiciary. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and has dedicated more than three decades to teaching Private International Law and postgraduate courses at top academic institutions in Brazil.​
Based in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Costa serves as Business Development Director at Bossa Law, where he combines his deep legal insight with strategic leadership to support the firm’s growth and client engagement across borders.
He also acts as a senior advisor on matters of international mobility, corporate expansion, and cross-border legal strategy.​
Dr. Walney Costa is a U.S. permanent resident through the EB-2 NIW program, recognized for his exceptional contributions to the legal field.
